Crown Building and Maintenance Services Limited are a North Lincolnshire based company, established in 1999 and specialising in insurance works. We have many years experience as an approved contractor working for major UK insurance companies and loss adjusters.

Our technology allows us to work from a schedule of rates and enables us to securely submit documentation and photographic evidence of claims either directly on the Internet or via email according to your requirements. However, we also have systems in place to deal with traditional quotations.

We offer a full range of services that include a variety of building works and use only experienced builders, plasterers, joiners, painters and decorators; in addition all our plumbers and gas engineers are Gas Safe Registered and Oftec approved.

For the customer's peace of mind, all our employees carry identity cards and wear the company uniform whenever they are on site.

We are committed to managing customer care and customer expectations and have a great deal of experience in project managing insurance claims, regularly meeting with loss adjusters or claim advisors to arrange for building work to be carried out to the customer's complete satisfaction.

We regularly undertake all types of claim including fire, flood, and accidental damage and, in addition, we are regularly contracted to provide structural repairs and underpinning. We also have staff who are qualified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying.
