Crown Building & Maintenance Services Limited
Crown Building & Maintenance Services Limited were established in 1999 and relocated to their present offices in 2003. We currently have fifteen employees and a fleet of vans and commercial vehicles.
We have full IIP accreditation and we are CHAS compliant.
All employees undertake regular Health & Safety and Customer Relations training alongside their more general training according to individual training plans. In addition, we hold regular Toolbox Talks for relevant employees relating to ladder/step ladder safety, working at height, lifting etc. to reinforce the structured Health & Safety training they receive.
Our IT security is regularly reviewed to ensure compliance with Data Protection and Client requirements.
Our environmental policy ensures that materials, both on-site and in-house, are recycled wherever possible and our company vehicles are tracked to optimize routes and minimize emissions. In addition we ensure our employees are aware of, and adhere strictly to, any necessary environmental legislation.
Our asbestos policy is regularly reviewed and we are able to sample suspect material, test it and return a result within 48 hours. We can also arrange for the safe disposal of any material found to contain asbestos.
As a result of our comprehensive training plans, all employees are working towards CSCS accreditation.
All employees wear company uniform and carry ID cards while out on site and all our company vehicles are liveried.
